Grappling Hoops

All three levels of boys from Mc Cleur North invaded the same of the hosting Vianney High School for a two team wrestling meet. We do not have an official score on this meet but prior to the Varsity boys taking the mat Mc Cleur had a sizeable lead 38 – 22.

Out on Lindbergh the Falcons from Rockwood Summit came to tame the Flyers in Freshmen Boys Basketball action. The Flyers was having none of that as the Flyers defeated the Falcons 46 – 26.

The Clayton Greyhounds hosted the Ladue Rams in Freshmen Boys Basketball action. The Rams out chased the Greyhounds and won with a score of 57 – 30.

Now we travel over to Marquette High School where in the first game the freshmen girls played host to the Wildcats from Eureka. It was a tight game with the Wildcats edging out the Mustangs 41 – 40.

The male Mustangs took on the Wildcats from Eureka in the second game at Marquette. The boys fought a tight game but dropped to the Wildcats 40 – 37.

Tomorrow we travel to Kirkwood for more hoops action as the Pioneers host the Mustangs in freshmen action.
